Return Policy

General Returns
Merchandise purchased from Lokzo Archery Supply can be returned for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Please note that bows and crossbows are not eligible for return. -
Return Authorization

All return shipments must display a Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Condition of Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original sealed manufacturer’s packaging. This includes all packing materials, plastic bags, accessories, parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, and registration information. -
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including special or personalized orders, closeouts/clearance items, software, books, CDs, and cut arrows/shafts, cannot be returned except in cases of defective products. -
Approval Process
Acceptance of a UPS/USPS package does not imply approval for return. The decision to approve a return is solely at the discretion of Lokzo, based on the item’s condition. -
Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. -
Condition-Based Fees
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, installation, or wear may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be refused altogether, depending on the extent of the wear. -
Right to Refuse Returns
Lokzo reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is used, damaged, or deemed un-sellable for any reason. -
Return Shipping Refunds
Return shipping will only be refunded if the error was made by Lokzo. All cash on delivery (COD) packages sent to Lokzo will be refused and returned to the sender.
